Ali dropped out of Hebrew School at the ripe age of 13, after making up her entire haftorah portion on the day of her Bat-Mitzvah because she really had no idea how to sing any of it. Upon realizing that day that she had quite the knack for improv, she decided to pursue her dream of becoming a comedian.

At 15, she began doing stand-up at various clubs in New York including Caroline’s on Broadway, Stand Up New York, Gotham Comedy Club, The Impov, Broadway Comedy, and New York Comedy Club. She also attended The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, where she pretended to be a very serious actress. After a 4 year stint at the University of Maryland, Ali is back in action in NYC, and very excited to be working with such funny people!
